  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Added new AI task prompts, including a Draft Reply option.

  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY- Added new triggers and actions within Zapier allowing CRM contacts and rganizations to be created or updated in Dealership Drive or synced with another system.

  • FIX - Existing hyperlinks in notes and task descriptions were being double encoded.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY- Markdown can now be inserted in Notes and Tasks
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY- Private customizable Internal Fields introduced for Inventory Management
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY- New company settings section, User Interface Settings, allows customization of form fields and sections, such as hiding certain sections or changing label names.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY- Added the ability to view notes across related entities. Works for Contacts, Organizations, Deals, and Leads.
  • ENHANCEMENT - Cleaned up navigation across the site.
  • FIX - Cloned Inventory was not respecting the auto stock number sequencing.
  • FIX - The Integrations tab is not always available to access under Company Settings, despite having a Product Seat.
  • FIX - Numerous fixes for Tasks such as Delete not working in Gallery View and the links to Organizations not always working
  • ENHANCEMENT - For "Matched Contacts" on Lead Inbox, there is now a hyperlink to the Contact Name and Organization Name.
  • ENHANCEMENT - For "Matched Contacts" on Lead Inbox, when notes are available for either the Contact or Organization, the notes icon will display and allow pulling up the notes.
  • ENHANCEMENT- Organization Name was not showing for Recent Contacts on the Dashboard.
  • FIX - Sometimes pasting a contact or organization's information using the "Copy" button resulted in nothing.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Files can now be attached from a local device or Central File Drive when sending an email throughout the Deal system - Quote, Invoice, Payment, Receipt, etc.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Added custom fields to Tasks. Custom fields can be hidden or customized.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Ability to auto-save completed DocuSign forms to the associated Deal in Central File Drive.
  • ENHANCEMENT- Added an option on the Lead Form and Contact Form on Custom Websites to ask for text message optin/optout.
  • FIX - VIN data would sometimes result in fields showing up for trailers that isn't applicable.
  • NEW FEATURE - @Mentions are now available when creating or updating notes system for Inventory, Contacts, Organizations, Leads, Deals. Mentioning a user will automatically email the user.
  • FIX - Actions button not available from the Inventory list view when a user lacks the "Modify Inventory Item" permission.
  • FIX - An error occurred when adding a guest to a repeating task.
  • FIX - The popup window to mark leads lost was not displaying when a user lacks a certain permission.
  • NEW FUNCTIONALITY - Image Studio is now available as a cloud-based image storage solution for clients to use on their blogs.
  • ENHANCEMENT - Selecting a Sales Person or Secondary Sales Person from the Deal Settings page will auto-populate their commission % if it is set via their User Settings.
  • FIX - Inventory counts for Inventory Tags were not being properly being updated.
